Once you have successfully entered your access code, FirePay immediately attempts to call you. FirePay calls you to validate that you are the owner of the phone number you provided during your FirePay account registration. You will be asked to enter your unique confirmation number on your telephone keypad.

If you cannot call 1-877-FIREPAY, a FirePay representative will call you in the next few minutes. If you need to provide an alternate phone number, please email info@firepay.com.
