As a result of the recently passed Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, US account holders can no longer use FirePay for online gambling payments, but that doesn’t mean that you have to stop using FirePay entirely.
This new policy will NOT affect your ability to fund your FirePay account, make purchases with FirePay at non-gambling merchants, or withdraw funds to your US bank account. In fact, for your convenience, we will be publishing a list of selected non-gambling merchants who accept the Firepay brand shortly.
Customers will continue to benefit from the following features:
Instant deposits – Sign up, deposit funds, and transfer those funds immediately. No more waiting!
Fund directly from your bank account – Never have a rejected transaction and avoid credit card charges.
Real-time access to funds – Don't wait for funds to clear before you can transfer into your account.
Detailed statements – Detailed online statements display all your transactions.
24/7 support – Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please be sure to check this page regularly for the latest FirePay news and updates.
