General.
The FirePay Sign Up Program ("SUP") allows you to receive a $25 (USD) credit from FirePay ("Bonus") to your FirePay account for referring an online (e-commerce) merchant ("STORE") to FirePay. To participate in the SUP, you must comply with all the following requirements and have a FirePay account in good standing.
STORE.
The STORE must be a business with whom you have a relationship with. You may not obtain names for referrals from group email addresses, third-party bulk mailing lists, customer lists, or other similar sources. You may not send unsolicited emails ("SPAM"). If you send SPAM, FirePay may immediately and permanently close your account. Shareholders, employees, or immediate family members of the business being referred do not qualify to receive the bonus.
Bonus Requirements.
In order for you to receive a Bonus, the STORE must: (1) sign up for a FirePay Merchant Account as a result of our contact resulting from your referral; (2) become an approved merchant; and (3) not already have a FirePay merchant account at the time of the referral. All of these conditions must be met prior to you being eligible for a Bonus.
FirePay may discontinue or modify the SUP at any time. In the event that the SUP is discontinued, you will receive the Bonus for all of your STORES that have satisfied all of the aforementioned requirements prior to the discontinuation date of the SUP.
Compliance with Terms and Conditions.
By participating in this SUP, you agree to be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the SUP and the FirePay Terms and Conditions. FirePay reserves the right to close your FirePay account and/or restrict you from participating in this SUP if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions.
